The Bossy way of not giving a damn!

Director & Freelancer: to be? At the same time!

Well let me start over with myself first. My name is Gaurav Kapoor and I began my journey 13 plus years back. While on my journey learning ways of working in a job I was also like no other & was behind being successful to achieve a good designation.

Slowly and steadily over the years passed I tried to fit myself into a business and it never became my cup of tea. I was very satisfied with what I was doing, the slow progress that I was making in my career!

Then came a time when I started exploring new ways of working and finding my way out of making an earning through other sources. I did a lot of research online and found out nothing fruitful for me until there came a time when I had no other option left than to explore what can I sell out of my experience.

That is when there clicked an idea when I thought that what I do on a routine basis at my work, why not give that a try!

Till date, I am finding it a way beyond learning experience and I firmly think, if you can keep your designation goals aside, freelancing sounds like an amazing deal. Smart people will always choose both, Director and working as a freelancer as it is astounding.

However, a wise will always be the one who just opt in for their job, why to do so many things at the same time, we have our personal lives too!

Benefits in freelancing:

You do not have any boundation from your superiors, there's no one that you have to hold yourself accountable for and keep justifying for someone not performing or isn't delivering the desired output.

So much so to an extent, it feels like my shoulders got off with a lot of burden that i was carrying. All that I had to worry now is about my work. It amazed me how drastically it changed my thinking, a feeling of sigh!

For me it gave me a new spark to keep exploring something new as we will all say "one should never lose hope and well said dialogue of a movie we all remember jab kisi cheez ko shidat se chaho to kayenat bhi saazish mein lag jaati hai" might not be the same as the movie.

And with this note, let's call it a day, keep smiling and stay happy.

Greetings of the day and you may choose your greetings from whichever part of the world you're reading this from!  😉😉

Don't hurt the people huh, who supported and taught you rather why not be a shared resource and help everyone!

Your bosses or mentors are to be supported and not to be disregarded.

They have all the authority over you to climb up the ladder 🪜

Let us be one nation one rule, Indians will not eat an Indians job, we have a country full of supporters, they will help you. Oneness is being in one.

The crux I got out of my experience: being friendly at work doesn't mean you're friends with them. There's a very thin line and it's better we maintain it.

We become leaders to listen to the problems of the people so we can eradicate any issues at work and make it a more efficient working for everyone.

Moral of the story: Don't make friends at work. Go, work, Go home and live well!

With that said, Namaste from New Delhi, India! 🙏🙏
