OPD: Office Party Day, its not about hospitals, think unique!

Italian food when served authentic is always good and when combined with a fusion of Indi mix makes it far far better. 

Just throwing off a little office party at your own pocket expense isn't really a big deal. Afterall, there happens to be people who work day n night for you.

Often said people work for companies which is true but there are many people who works for a boss/leader who is representing that entity.

We all should encourage such a type of work culture wherein like byob is used for bring your own boose at the bars or clubs, there must be a culture to be known as byob: bring your own boss.

Open minds and open hearts make little hearts blossom 🌸💗 

Cheer up for people, if they don't get the position where they work, they might get it somewhere else! 

Let us as leaders not take it personally.

Why not start an evident trend hereom, we all meet good people at work, in our personal lives or both, Right?

Let's streamline our BPM industry so much to an extent that switching jobs isn't taken a personal concern but rather like we take a lateral movement in any organisation or it should be considered as a lateral movement or a promotion in another organisation. Let us encourage a revolution of making the BPC industry to Business Process Changemakers by being solution oriented.

Always abide by one rule which is work for a cause not for applause and live life to express and not to impress.

Moral of the story: Should you still wish to make friends at work, ask them one question. What would you like to have if I were to throw a party? 

If the answer is anything else apart from Pizza, like drinks or any other dish apart from Pizza, you know it know it! 

They are not to be made friends with.
