Ever wondered about what the future has in store for us. Do you also ponder regarding where the NextGen is leading us to?

Well let's look at it from a little different perspective. People often get afraid when it comes to Artificial intelligence or Machine learning because many think that it will end up eating jobs as the machines and IVRs will do the talking and everything might be handled by robots.

While to an extent the truth seems familiar to everyone! We all know the advent of AI & ML has already begun however, not everything can be robotic. Think if you were to speak to a bot that would merely be a talk but somewhere down the line, you need a human for their human touch and someone who understands your emotions. 

Well that's quite right that even in such an era, i presume there must be an initiative by organizations coming together as one team in ensuring that the threat from AI and ML in the minds of workers should be eradicated.

Like we say working with people smarter than you is not to be seen as a threat. In the similar way, we should not be afraid to work with robots as those are smart and humans are impeccable & smartest than them as they only made bots.

I hope this brings immense peace and satisfaction for those who finds it a threat.
