Working Hybrid: let's discuss it

Ever wonder if we permanently shift to a hybrid model?

Looks like all of us want a remote working but weighing down the pros and cons of it will help us all leverage this better.

- While we all did work from home permanently during the pandemic and it was onset of the occasion on working remote. Many worked diligently and some took for granted.

- Why not we identify a way on how can we keep tabs on employee who would like to work from home more and less from office, as that becomes a challenge for companies and managers both, right?

- Let's look at the problem from an organisation's point of view. The moment we open Google chrome, Linkedin we all see these type of news or articles flashing there that the employees are being asked to return to work or their apprisals are linked with working from office and these seems to be the hot talk of the town, isn't it? 

Yaa, I too think so 🖐️ high five!

Suggested solution: One way of keeping the policies and processes that companies have in place, why not give a try to remotely have access to anyone's system so that any system can be accessed by managers and above. 

This keeps compliance in check and every employee will remain centred with the approach that they are being monitored if they are working on a real time basis, doing basic break punch in and out.

If by doing this, employees can work diligently, i presume it's better to have a hybrid work culture wherein employees may work from home per company guidelines and there should be 2 days a week mandate work from office

Further to this, it might help in keeping the compliance check in place.

What's say, are we on the same page?

My point of view always routes on one thing and that is to have a round table discussion with a good brain storming session.

When one discuss, it is an identified problem but when all sit in a meeting room, there comes a solution to the problem as there's a collective experience in that room!

Thought Provoking: Every company has a Vice President who is exceptional at their job, why not we introduce PVP (Point of view President) as a new designation. Like DVD was a concept so does PVP is! 

A value add to the Interview process: During the due course of interview, always ask one question 'will you get us more people?', if the other person answers a yes to that, never hire such people. The answer should not be bookish but blogish, the answer should be 'i will get you business and the people will automatically come aboard'
