Greetings to everyone reading today. 

Let's study the steady approach we should focus while doing any business. 

Came up with this topic after observing a lot making the same repeated misses. 

Lets learn through this mode as to what should we as a busines put our emphasis on.

Here are a few go to always before 1 should hop on to a business venture:

1. Planning:  Whilst this part is the first & vital to start any business. Always focus on planning for the business that includes each aspect of the chosen area. Focus on jotting down majorly of the pointers that covers your business. Start by asking oneself;

- what will be the initial motto

- how do we go about approaching the market

- for how long will we be required to put in the investment & not to expect any returns

- how would we survive if the business is no output generating (this will be covered in a quote afterwards)

- prepare your go to market plan & be handy with that.

Then move to next phase of planning which focuses more onto the contingency plan which in a layman language means what if there happens to be a disaster just like Covid etc. How would you as a business carry out operations, manage the day to day business functions. 

***This is sharing for everyone's reference: in Punjabi there is a said quote which says, pehle saal chatti aur teeje saal hatti***. This further means that as a new business you would only make loss in the business for the first year & by the time the business approaches the third consecutive year, the business gets to have it's own office setup.

2. Organizing: This primarily means being organized with respect to the business. This focuses on the below most:

- Timeliness of your action items prepared

- How well do your carry out the work as planned

- Keeping things organized with respect to office, documents etc

- Organizing of any launch events

- Mapping organizational structure & departments

- Conducting basic analysis & study with respect to work to identify how long does that take to carry out each task

& What no!

First let's focus on these 2 aspects while the rest course follows correctly itself.
